We follow Amazon's MWS policies which require sellers to authorize our access to make calls on the seller's behalf. We use MWS Auth Token to communicate to Amazon to get the following information: sales rank, details about the products and offers available.
WARNING!
The extension will not work until you finish Amazon integration
Since you got registered, you will be redirected to Amazon's integration page. You also can reach this page by clicking on Your Settings/Integration or following the link https://app.sellerassistant.app/settings#/setup
You need to choose the Marketplace where you operate as shown in the picture.
Click on Log in to Seller Central button to open Amazon MWS Setup page on Seller Central.
On Amazon MWS Setup page, Developer's Name and Developer ID fields would be filled properly. Otherwise, you need to fill it by yourself
Developer ID depends on the region in which you operate:
Press Next when you have done
Read the information and Agree to provide access by checking the checkbox and press Next
Copy your Seller ID and paste it in the same field on the Seller Assistant App Integration Page as shown in the next step. Also, copy and paste the MWS Auth Token.
WARNING!
Do not close the window until you are done with integration setup
Here you fill your Seller ID and MWS Auth Token and press Link Amazon Seller Account
If nothing went wrong, you would see this page
Congratulations! You are finished with amazon integration
To the extension work on different marketplaces, you need to connect the professional Amazon seller account from each region where you want to operate. One account per each region
Example: Since you connected your US Amazon seller account, you also will get access to Amazon Canada, but not Germany and the United Kingdom. You still need to connect your European account to start to operate in Germany and UK marketplaces.
ERROR!
Invalid seller id or token
Check the values you typed. It happened when you typed the wrong Seller ID, MWS Auth Token or choose wrong Marketplace.
ERROR!
The seller id has already been taken.
It happens when we have registered a customer with a Seller ID you typed. It is not allowed to connect the same Amazon seller account to more than one Seller Assistant App account. In this case, you need to login to your old one Seller Assistant App account
