How many ASINs can I check at once?
You can upload up to 20,000 ASINs in a single batch. There is no need to split large lists — the checker processes the entire file and returns results for each ASIN.
What does each restriction status mean?
Each ASIN comes back with one of four statuses: sellable (you can list it now), gated (approval required before you can sell), blocked (not available to your account), or error (the ASIN could not be checked, usually due to an invalid format).
Does this check restrictions for my specific account?
Yes. Bulk Restriction Checker queries Amazon using your connected Seller Central account, so every result reflects your account's actual eligibility — not a generic restriction list.
Can I upload UPC or EAN codes instead of ASINs?
The tool currently accepts ASINs only. If your list contains UPCs or EANs, you will need to match them to ASINs before uploading. Price List Analyzer can do this automatically from a supplier price list.
How do I request approval for a gated product?
Every gated ASIN in the results includes a direct link to the matching approval page in Seller Central. Click the link, follow the application steps, and the approval request is submitted from there.
Can my team access and manage restriction checks?
Yes. Batches are shared across your Seller Assistant workspace, so any team member can view results and batch notes without re-running the check.
