These tools are most useful for wholesale sellers engaged in bulk product sourcing, wholesale list analysis, and brand research. However, these functionalities can be used by online arbitrage sellers and dropshippers who scrape bulk data from supplier websites and analyze them to pinpoint profitable deals.

Wholesale Workflow Tools
Seller Assistant provides wholesale sellers with 3 sourcing workflow tools making their ordering process streamlined and smooth: Supplier Database, Warehouse Database, and Purchase Orders Module.
Supplier Database
Supplier Database is Seller Assistant’s centralized hub for organizing and managing all supplier information in one place. In wholesale, when you start opening suppliers, many don’t reply, while others reject your application – making it essential to track every contact systematically. When you start ordering, it’s even more essential to link supplier contacts to specific prep centers and purchase orders to keep track of the sourcing process.

Without structure, emails and spreadsheets quickly become unmanageable, leading to missed follow-ups, duplicate outreach, and costly errors in pricing or routing. A connected database eliminates this chaos, ensuring supplier data stays accurate, accessible, and integrated across your workflow.
Supplier Database allows sellers to create and manage detailed supplier profiles, track application statuses, and link suppliers directly to prep centers or warehouses. It integrates with other Seller Assistant modules, so supplier data automatically flows into price list analysis and purchase orders – removing the need for re-entry and ensuring consistency across all sourcing and ordering processes.
Supplier Database functionality
- Build complete supplier profiles with names, websites, contacts, warehouses, currencies, and assigned team members.
- Search and filter suppliers by name, website, address, relationship status, or connected warehouse.
- Track progress with statuses like New, Contacted, Negotiation, Approved, or Rejected.
- Link suppliers to default prep centers or warehouses for automated PO routing.
- Edit, update, or delete profiles while keeping data synced across tools.
- Access supplier details instantly from modules like Price List Analyzer or Purchase Orders without retyping.
Warehouse Database
Warehouse Database is Seller Assistant’s centralized system for managing all prep center and warehouse details. When handling multiple suppliers, routing orders manually with spreadsheets is slow, error-prone, and often leads to mismatched addresses, missed fees, or inaccurate profit calculations.
A connected database solves these problems by storing every warehouse’s contact information and shipping details in one place, ensuring routing is consistent and error-free across the workflow.

Warehouse Database lets sellers assign default prep centers or warehouses to suppliers, so routing happens automatically during price list analysis or purchase order creation. Instead of re-entering shipping details for every order, data is pre-filled and synced across all Seller Assistant tools, saving time and preventing costly errors.
Warehouse Database functionality
- Store all prep center and warehouse details, including shipping addresses, contacts, and status, in one central place.
- Link suppliers to default warehouses for automatic routing during sourcing and order creation.
- Ensure consistent data flow across price lists, purchase orders, and profitability calculations.
Purchase Orders Module
Purchase Orders Module is Seller Assistant’s tool for creating, managing, and tracking wholesale orders in a structured, automated way.
In wholesale, turning product shortlists into POs with suppliers is critical – but when done manually with spreadsheets, it’s slow, error-prone, and often leads to missing details or confusion. A centralized PO system eliminates back-and-forth with suppliers, keeps procurement consistent, and ensures every order is accurate from the start.

Purchase Orders Module allows sellers to generate POs directly from shortlisted products or add items manually. Supplier and warehouse details are pulled automatically from linked databases, while quantities, costs, and taxes can be edited before finalizing. Each PO is tracked through its full lifecycle, ensuring visibility and smooth collaboration across the team.
Create POs in one click from Price List Analyzer shortlists or add items manually.
Purchase Orders Module functionality
- Auto-fill supplier and warehouse details from your saved databases to avoid mistakes.
- Edit quantities, COGs, shipping fees, and taxes before sending.
- Search and add products by ASIN, UPC/EAN, title, or brand (with missing data pulled from Keepa if needed).
- Export POs in PDF or XLSX for easy sharing with suppliers.
- Track PO status across stages (Draft, Sent, Completed, Canceled) and collaborate in real time.
- Prevent incomplete or incorrect orders with built-in validation checks.

Virtual Assistant Account
Virtual Assistant Account is a solution that allows Amazon sellers securely and efficiently manage their lead-sourcing teams.
With this feature, sellers can invite virtual assistants, employees, or other team members to perform tasks like lead sourcing, checking Amazon product and brand restrictions without accessing the seller's Amazon Seller Central account.

Seller Assistant provides a cost-efficient solution for your team by combining all necessary tools for product sourcing with its effective tools, and free VPN access for each team member. With this solution, there’s no need to purchase separate VPN accounts for each employee to access blocked product supplier websites.
Virtual Assistant Account also offers a perfect solution for sellers who want to secure their Seller Central credentials.
To activate Virtual Assistant Account, you must create a Team in your Seller Assistant Personal account and connect your Seller Central account to Seller Assistant.
