HOW IT WORKS

Every sourced product. One shared record.

One shared list, updated in real time. No version control, no syncing.

Why it matters

Sourcing decisions need a record, not a memory

Price lists expire. Supplier emails get buried. Every decision made here stays attached to the product it belongs to.

The cheapest COG is one click from an order

Every supplier offer sits in the same view per product. The lowest COG is flagged. Set a default and it carries into the purchase order automatically.

Full product history

Every linked record in one place

The product details page shows every purchase order the product appeared in, every SKU assigned to it, active listings, and inbound shipments. One page, no cross-referencing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Visit Help Center
How do I add products to the catalog?
You can pull in products from price lists processed in Price List Analyzer, or add them manually by searching ASIN, UPC, or title. Every addition is visible to your whole team immediately.
Can multiple team members access the same catalog?
Yes. Product Database is shared across your workspace. Changes, notes, tags, and likes appear in real time for every team member — no syncing required.
How does supplier comparison work?
Open any product record to see all supplier offers in one view — each with its cost, SKU, and supplier identifiers. The lowest COG is automatically flagged. You can set a default supplier, which carries through to purchase orders.
Can I send a product directly to Price List Analyzer?
Yes. From any product record, use the quick action to send it to Price List Analyzer. The ASIN, COG, and supplier details fill in automatically — no manual entry needed.
What does the product details page show?
The product details page shows every supplier offer for the product fetched from price lists or after manual entry, purchase order the product has appeared in, all SKUs assigned to it, related Amazon listings, inbound FBA shipments and change tracking and extended history — all in one place.
Does Product Database work with Purchase Orders?
Yes. Add any product from your catalog directly to a purchase order. The default supplier and COG pre-fill automatically, so there is nothing to re-enter.

One catalog. Every supplier. Zero spreadsheets.
