HOW IT WORKS

Status, cost, and history — in one SKU table

One table. Updated as you list, order, and ship.

SKUs table showing full inventory
Why it matters

Incomplete SKU data is an invisible cost

Landed cost gaps, missing SKU history, and inactive listings all affect what you actually make per unit. None of them surface unless you look.

Cost breakdown showing weighted average across multiple POs
Cost accuracy

Actual cost from your own data

Landed cost traces back to the purchase order the SKU was created from. If the SKU appeared in multiple orders, cost is a weighted average across all of them. FBA inbound fees from shipments are included automatically.

SKU history

Full SKU history, one tab away

One product can accumulate multiple SKUs over time. Open any product record and the SKUs tab shows every seller SKU attached to it — status, landed cost, and creation date.

No duplicate entries

Existing SKUs, ready when you list

When listing a product you have sold before, the SKU already exists. Pick it from the table instead of creating a new one. Your cost history, status, and identifiers stay intact — no lost data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Visit Help Center
What is the SKUs database?
The SKUs database is a central table of all your seller SKUs — synced automatically from Amazon and created through Lister. It shows listing status, channel, and landed cost for every SKU in one place.
How are SKUs synced from Amazon?
SKUs sync automatically from your connected Amazon account. Any SKU created through Seller Assistant's Lister also appears immediately. No manual import required.
How is landed cost calculated?
Landed cost is pulled from the purchase order the SKU was created from, including unit cost and order-level expenses. If a SKU appeared in multiple purchase orders, cost is calculated as a weighted average. FBA inbound fees from linked shipments are added automatically.
Can I override landed cost manually?
Yes. You can manually adjust any component of the landed cost — unit cost, PO expenses, prep fees, or inbound costs — directly from the cost breakdown panel.
How do I see all SKUs for a product?
Open any product record and click the SKUs tab. It shows every seller SKU attached to that product — including status, landed cost, and creation date.
What listing statuses are shown?
The SKUs table shows Active, Inactive, Pending, Draft, and Error statuses. For error-status SKUs, hovering over the row shows the failure reason so you can diagnose and fix it.

Your SKU data is already there

Every SKU created through Lister, every cost from a PO, every inbound fee from a shipment — all visible in one table.
