How it works

From Connected Orders to a Period You Can Read

Connect the seller account, give every unit a product cost, then read the period you pick.

Toolbar with the marketplace picker open (Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx) above the four period cards

The same lines run through every view. Scope the page to suppliers, brands, products, or SKUs.

Overview

Every period on one card

Each card is one period: Sales, Units, Refunds, Amazon fees, Product cost, Ads, Account costs, and Promo and other. The lines add up to Net profit, with margin and ROI. More opens the parts of each line, such as FBA fulfillment and the referral fee.

Know which products, brands, and suppliers actually make you money

Group any period by brand, supplier, product, or SKU and compare the profit each one made, so you can see which ones earn money and which ones lose it.

P&L

Amazon P&L by week, month, or quarter

Periods sit in columns, with a Total column. The lines match the cards. Open a line, or open all of them. A click on a column header uses that period in the table below.

Cost structure

Where your sales go

The share of sales that goes to product cost, Amazon fees, refunds, ads, account costs, and profit. When some units have no cost, the view uses the units that have a cost and says how many.

Payouts

Cash deposits, matched to Amazon settlements

Each settlement shows its period, deposit date, and total, with the lines that make up the deposit, including any amount Amazon is holding. Payouts are cash, so they follow Amazon's own settlement dates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Profitability show?
The profit of your Amazon sales after product cost, Amazon fees, refunds, ads, and account costs. Limit the page to suppliers, brands, products, or SKUs, and to one marketplace. Sales, product cost, and Amazon fees use the order date, in the local time of that marketplace.
Is Profitability an accounting statement?
No. Profitability is an operational view of the business. It does not produce an accounting statement, and it does not tie exactly to your bookkeeping.
Does a payout equal the profit for those dates?
No. A payout is the cash Amazon deposits for its own settlement period. The P&L counts sales, product cost, and Amazon fees on the order date, so a payout and a P&L for the same calendar dates are different figures. Refunds use the refund date, or the order date if you change that in settings. Reimbursements, ads, and account costs use the date Amazon posted them. Amazon does not split those by marketplace, so they cover the whole account.
What if some units have no product cost?
Net profit, margin, and ROI use the units that have a cost, so that figure is not the total profit of the period. The card and its tooltip show how many units are included. Next actions lists the units that still need a cost. Add costs enters them, or import them from a file on SKUs. A row with no cost leaves product cost, net profit, margin, and ROI blank.
Can I ask an AI client about profit and payouts?
Yes, on Business and higher. The client can read the summary, the SKU list, a breakdown by supplier, brand, or product, the P&L, and payouts. Anything it writes, such as a cost, needs your confirmation. Setup is on the MCP server page.
Which settings change the figures?
Refunds are counted on the refund date or the order date. A change recalculates your history. Turn off inbound placement fees when your landed cost already includes them. VAT appears on a marketplace that charges VAT.
