Do I need a separate account to use prep center integrations?
No. Prep center integrations are built into Seller Assistant — no separate account required. You only need your Merchant ID and API Token from your prep center portal.
Can I connect more than one prep center to Seller Assistant?
Yes. You can connect multiple prep centers. Each one syncs its warehouses separately, and all appear together in your warehouse directory inside Seller Assistant.
Where do I find my Merchant ID and API Token?
Both are available in your prep center's portal under Settings or Integrations. The connection dialog in Seller Assistant includes a direct link to where to find them for each supported prep center.
What happens if I disconnect my prep center?
Your warehouses remain in Seller Assistant but lose the Synced badge. Existing purchase orders are not affected, but you will no longer be able to dispatch new shipments from those warehouses until you reconnect.
What happens to linked shipments if I switch prep centers?
Shipments already dispatched to your previous prep center remain in their portal unchanged. You can unlink them in Seller Assistant and resend to a new prep center whenever needed.
My prep center is not in the directory — can I still use this integration?
Yes — request an integration from within the Integrations Hub or vote for it on our public roadmap. We add new prep centers regularly based on seller demand. In the meantime, chat with our team if you need help.
