NCL Prep Services (NCL PREP SERVICES LTD, company 16491741, registered in England and Wales) is an Amazon prep centre in Newcastle upon Tyne. It has prepared stock for Amazon and online sellers across the UK since January 2023, and it became a limited company in 2025. The site reports more than 15 sellers served and more than 15,000 units prepped a month. It works with online arbitrage, wholesale and private label sellers.

The centre receives and counts each delivery, inspects the stock, and sends photos of damaged items. Each unit gets an FNSKU label. Units that need it are polybagged with a suffocation warning, bubble wrapped, or bundled into multipacks and sets. Food, beauty and supplement units are checked for an expiry date, and expiry labels can be applied. The centre packs the stock, attaches box and pallet labels, and sends it to Amazon. FBA stock leaves within 24 hours of arrival on working days, Monday to Friday. For online arbitrage, shop price stickers are removed. UK and overseas suppliers can deliver cartons, pallets and containers. NCL Prep Services does not copy, list or sell the products it preps.

FBM orders are picked, packed and handed to the courier named on the seller’s label. The seller pays for the label. Orders received before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders after 2pm ship the next working day. The centre does not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.

Storage covers cartons and pallets. Anything kept only for storage stays for up to 2 months. A shipment that leaves for Amazon within 24 hours has no storage charge. FBM and other online-order units stay while those orders run, at the price in the quote.

Returns cover Amazon removal orders and customer returns from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and a seller’s own website. The centre unpacks, counts and inspects each unit, sends photos, then restocks it for Amazon, returns it to the seller, or disposes of it.

For Amazon in the EU, the centre preps the stock and attaches shipping labels the seller has already paid for, then sends it to Amazon fulfilment centres in the EU. It also preps UK stock and ships it to Amazon in the US by DHL or UPS. Order fulfilment covers eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Wix and a seller’s own website. Product photography is an extra service.

FBA prep starts at 20p a unit for wholesale and private label, with the FNSKU label included and no VAT added. Online arbitrage starts at 45p a unit. Those per-unit prices are for items up to 35 by 25 by 15 cm and 2 kg. Larger or heavier items are quoted before the seller sends them. At 1,000 units a month, wholesale and private label prep is 40p a unit. Bundles of up to 3 units are included. Each extra unit over 3 in a bundle is 5p. The company is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the price.

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum order and no contract. The centre sends one invoice at the end of the month, payable within 7 days. Carton storage is 3 GBP a month for boxes up to 53 by 40 by 40 cm, and pallet storage is 25 GBP a month, charged per day held. Returns processing is 10p a unit. FBM fulfilment and shipping to Amazon EU are priced on quote.
