What This Teaches
Every unit sent to FBA needs a scannable barcode, usually an FNSKU label. Some products need more: loose and soft items go in poly bags with a suffocation warning, fragile items need protective wrap, and products with a shelf life need a visible expiration date.
Shipments that miss prep requirements can be delayed, charged or refused at the warehouse. Prep centers do this work at volume.
